We all experience difficulties in our lives from time to time and need someone to talk to.

Often what is needed is to learn to
better understand our emotions.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

we all have an inner guidance

Often we need to learn how to contain and interpret our emotions. Through empathy and the creation of a safe and trusting environment I will help you to tune in to yourself and how you feel. You will then find that you develop an awareness of your own inner guidance system that can become a reliable resource in all situations.

 What to Expect

STEP ONE

Book a 50 minutes assessment meeting here

STEP TWO

The preliminary assessment meeting allows you to see if you feel comfortable working together, to discuss what troubles you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality and decide if therapy may benefit you.  If we are a good fit to work together we will schedule another session. Where we will then get to know each other and form a plan for your time in therapy.

STEP THREE

We will meet weekly and I suggest an initial period of 6 sessions.  After 6 sessions we will review and discuss your needs for continuing our meetings or to work towards closure.

Confidentiality

Whatever issues you bring and however we work, the relationship we build in the sessions will be very important. It will be confidential, supportive and non-judgemental, allowing you to express your true self and find out what you really want in life.
